Our commitment to fighting corruption and influence peddling
Since its creation, Compagnie Fruitière has based its actions on respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms and the environment, placing ethics at the heart of its values.
The Group acts with professionalism, loyalty and integrity in all its operations and professional relationships, wherever it operates, and expects all its employees and partners to do the same.
The Group’s anti-corruption and anti-influence peddling code of conduct defines and illustrates the various types of behaviour that are prohibited. It applies to all Group employees wherever the company operates, including abroad, and is communicated to its partners via contractual clauses.
‘Compagnie Fruitière condemns and rejects all forms of corruption. It has signed, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, the Declaration on the Prevention of Corruption adopted in 2005 and revised in 2015 by the French Council of Investors in Africa (CIAN).’ Jérôme Fabre, Chairman of the Compagnie Fruitière Group, ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Charter’, September 2016.
