This requirement strengthens our partners&#8217; confidence, protects our reputation and fosters lasting business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Africa&#8217;s leading fruit producer and Europe&#8217;s leading fruit distributor, we act with a clear awareness of our responsibility, our influence on supply chains, our roots in local communities, and our direct connection with those who live and work there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the French law of 27 March 2017 on the duty of care of parent companies and contracting companies, our Group has developed a Duty of Care Plan. Beyond being a legal requirement, it reflects our deep commitment to preventing serious violations of human rights, health and safety, and the environment wherever we operate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This plan is part of our broader approach to social and environmental responsibility.
