Pineapples
The fruit is picked when fully ripe and quickly stored at a low temperature (between 6 and 10°C). Ten days later, the pineapples reach our clients and, next, the consumer’s table, still exceptionally fresh.
The same approach is used with deliciously sweet “SCB Anadou” pineapple and the “SCB Queen Victoria,” a crisp pineapple with a tender centre.
Compagnie Fruitière is the only company worldwide that has developed a way to ship the Victoria variety, thus avoiding the additional pollution associated with by air transport.
